About Us

Debt Free Me is a trading name of R&R Financial Solutions Ltd, a national company providing free debt advice and personal debt solutions; including IVAs and debt management.

We are based in the North West of England, employing local people and training them to a very high standard. We're founder members of the Debt Resolution Forum, an industry body devoted to maintaining high standards of customer service and best practice. In fact several R&R staff have acted as industry advisors to develop best practice training and guidelines, and we strictly adhere to BBA statement of affairs guidelines.

We pride ourselves on the level of customer service given to our clients. We are one of the only organisations that will visit you to discuss your debt problems. Our friendly advisors can visit people with debt problems, and provide free, face-to-face advice. Our advisors are trained to find you the best solution. We can't promise to help everyone, but we will do our best to find you a debt solution that lasts.

The outstanding feature of R&R from a customer point-of-view is the personal advisors who visit customers in their homes, providing free insolvency advice and a debt assessment, and offering debt management or IVAs where appropriate.
